Bailey International Announces Q1 2026 Charitable Giving Partners

Knoxville, TN – February 9, 2026 Bailey International, a leader in manufacturing and distributing custom hydraulic and electronic solutions for mobile equipment, has announced its selection of charitable partners for the current quarter. Bailey’s Charitable Giving Program, a core component of the company’s corporate social responsibility strategy, empowers employees to nominate non-profit organizations that significantly impact the communities where Bailey operates.

The quarterly initiative is designed to foster a culture of giving and engagement across its global footprint. By allowing employees to choose the beneficiaries, the program ensures that the company’s philanthropic efforts align with the personal values and local needs of its workforce.

Emily Pennington, Director of Human Resources at Bailey, said, "We believe that employee engagement is the cornerstone of meaningful giving. By actively supporting these organizations, our team not only strengthens its external communities, but also fosters a deeper sense of purpose and connection within our own."

This quarter’s selected partners represent a diverse range of causes, from healthcare and environmental stewardship to food security and agricultural support. In the company’s home region of East Tennessee, donations will support The Dream Connection, an organization fulfilling the dreams of children with life-threatening or chronically debilitating illnesses, and the Tennessee Environmental Council, which focuses on improving the environment through conservation and community action. Additionally, the company is partnering with Farm Rescue, a nonprofit assisting Midwest farm families facing crises due to injury, illness, or natural disaster.

The initiative also extends to Bailey’s broader operational areas. The Community Food Club in Grand Rapids, Michigan, has been selected for its innovative, member-based approach to food security that provides dignity and choice to low-income households. Internationally, Bailey is directing support to the Ruban Rose (Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation) in Canada to aid in research and patient support, as well as CFAX Santas Anonymous, which supports children and families in Victoria, British Columbia. Finally, the company is supporting Sathya Jothi Karunalayam in Chennai, India, reinforcing its commitment to global community welfare.
